Shipping

Unframed prints are made to order and typically leave our print studio within 2–3 business days. Framed pieces are assembled after your order is placed rather than pulled from pre-built stock, so allow 5–7 business days before a framed order ships. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece leaves the studio.

Standard domestic delivery runs 3–6 business days after your order ships, via a tracked, signature-optional courier. Larger sizes (18×24 and 24×36, framed or unframed) ship in reinforced flat packaging designed specifically to survive freight handling — corners are the most common casualty in art shipping, and our packaging is built around protecting them first.

We ship internationally to a growing list of countries, with delivery windows of 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total, since these vary by country and are set by local customs authorities rather than by us.

Returns & Exchanges

Unframed prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the print is in its original, undamaged condition. Framed pieces are returnable within 14 days of delivery, since framing components are assembled specifically to your order; a restocking fee may apply to the frame portion of a framed return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Prefer a different size, frame finish, or mat style? Exchanges follow the same windows as returns above — reach out through the contact page and we'll get a replacement order moving as soon as the original is on its way back to us.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Verified damage-in-transit and fulfillment errors are replaced at no cost and are not subject to the standard return window or restocking terms — that's on us, not on you.

Custom-sized prints and any custom framing configuration built outside our standard four finishes are made specifically to your specification and are final sale, except in cases of damage or defect.
